AVA Employer of Choice Accreditation launches

In response to the 2018/2019 Workforce Survey results, the AVA Employer of Choice program has been developed, to specifically address many of the workforce issues challenging the profession.
Twelve months on from the initial launch of the program, participating AVA member practices can now become officially accredited as AVA Employers of Choice - signifying their practices as exemplary employers within the profession.
