The Bain Fallon Memorial Lectures is considered the biggest week of equine-focused continuing education in the Southern Hemisphere, having attracted over 250 delegates and 50 exhibitors in 2022. It continues to be a sell-out trade show year upon year, in addition to offering popular practical workshops. The vibrant social events are a highlight, and provide the perfect opportunity to network with peers, suppliers and fellow industry professionals.
2023 will see the return of the popular Vet Farrier Workshop, followed by a full scientific program specialising in Colic, Lameness and Anaesthesia. The social calendar includes the famous CEVA Tuesday Party Night and Randlab Wild Wild West Gala Dinner. Plus, after the success of the 2022 Nurses Conference we will again welcome our equine nurses back in 2023 for their own Conference and Cocktail Party.

This year we will be combining with the Australian Reproduction Veterinarians (ARV) and we’re bringing the Australian Small Animal Veterinarians (ASAV) Annual Conference back to The Star Gold Coast from 7 - 10 August, headlined by international and local speakers in small animal and reproductive veterinary medicine.
Anticipated to attract over 300 veterinary professionals all under one roof, this year 'Gruel, guts and gonads' will focus on nutrition, gastrointestinal and all things reproduction.
There will be workshops plus our signature social events, including the ASAV Awards Gala Dinner, ASAV Recent Graduate dinner and back by popular demand the Eat Street Dinner. Along with the Exhibition Welcome Drinks and a Farewell Party by the pool this is set to be the best small animal veterinary conference in 2023!

Veterinarians that work with pigs make important contributions to society both locally and globally by ensuring sufficient levels of safe food are available, while maintaining the health and welfare of pigs. In addition, pig veterinarians are extending the scope and delivery of veterinary science by becoming involved in training programs for pig producers, quality assurance programs, and establishing and managing production systems and global disease prevention.
The annual APV conference is a fantastic opportunity to network with colleagues and offers practical professional development opportunities for pig vets from across the country.
