Finding new ways - ACV / NT Division Conference 2023
13 Jan 2023
2023 will be a big year for the Australian Cattle Veterinarians, as they gear up to celebrate their 50thanniversary. To recognise this significant milestone, they will be hosting a special conference 28-31 March 2023, in Darwin NT.
The theme of the conference is ‘Finding New Ways’ and will feature forward-thinking presentations, from carbon neutral farming and antimicrobial stewardship, to innovative new technologies and surgical techniques. There will also be a focus on dealing with emergency animal diseases and natural disasters – both topics that are very relevant to recent times.
This year, ACV has invited the NT Division to join the festivities on the Thursday and Friday, where they will hold a small animal-focused two-stream conference for vets and nurses starting at midday on Thursday and all-day on Friday. The NT Division members will also join ACV in the Exhibition and at the Gala Dinner.
The full social program will allow delegates the chance to connect with friends, colleagues, suppliers and industry professionals in the beautiful surrounds of the Top End.
