To share insight into the EOC accreditation process, Dr Nicole Swan and her team at Swans Veterinary Services in Esperance have created a video diary - ‘Our EOC journey’.

Episode 4 | Our audit outcome and next steps
The AVA Employer of Choice Accreditation Team have completed the EOC Accreditation audit for Swans Veterinary Services. In this episode Dr Nicole Swan from Swans Veterinary Services and Jack Byrnes from the AVA Employer of Choice Accreditation Team discuss the outcome of the EOC audit and next steps. Jack also shares some helpful reminders for those practices planning to apply to be AVA Employer of Choice Accredited.

Episode 5 | We did it!
Swans Veterinary Services achieved AVA EOC Accreditation on the 1st June 2022. In this episode Dr Nicole Swan announces their AVA EOC Accreditation and shares some insights and tips about the process, the changes they’ve made as a result of becoming accredited, and the biggest benefit to them. Plus a few staff members including Dr Katie, Jessica, Bradley and Elle, share what it means to them to be part of a team and practice that is AVA EOC Accredited.
