AVA Awards

The AVA promotes innovation and recognises leadership through the bestowment of several prizes to those who have contributed  significantly to the profession.  

Individuals are recognised for outstanding  dedication, service and achievements in various fields of veterinary science.   

Anyone can make a nomination, however there may be some exceptions. 

Nominations

Nominations for AVA awards should be made on our Nominations Form page. Nominations can also be done via your Division or Special Interest Group.  Please refer to the Award Guidelines for more information on eligibility for each category. 

AVA Award winners are presented with their award at the AVA Annual Conference.
