Honorary Membership is awarded to eminent non-veterinarians for services to the AVA or the veterinary profession.

• Quality of service 
• Duration of contribution 
• Diversity of service 
• Impact on veterinary profession in Australia 
• Other information to contribute to the nomination 
• Nominator group details (in case additional information is required) 
• Citation of no more than 300 words
